Ever wondered what Forest Bathing was?

This taster session with Liz from Wilder Lives will take us on a quiet, slow-paced walk of around 1-1.5km through the beautiful spring landscape. During our journey, there'll be plenty of stops to enjoy sensory activities designed to calm body and mind, and we'll end with a guided relaxation. We'll also begin to find out about the science that shows why time in nature is so good for us - and hopefully experience this for ourselves!

Please meet at the Forest Shelter in the Wetlands Meadow 15 minutes before the walk begins.

Price: FREE – please register below

Parking charges apply.

No dogs allowed on this walk.

Due to the nature of this walk, we request only adults on this walk.

Please dress for the weather and bring extra layers (we will be moving only slowly, and it's important to keep warm and comfortable). Please make sure to wear sturdy footwear and bring plenty of water.

Accessibility: Many of the Millennium Country Park paths are wheelchair friendly, and we have accessible toilets on site. For this event we may be venturing off footpaths into areas that are slightly less accessible – if you have any additional mobility needs, please contact us prior to the walk and we will aim to offer you an alternative route.
